Teen Challenge

Teen Challenge International was originally started in 1960 by a well known evangelist named David Wilkerson with a desire to help youth, adults and families with life-controlling problems become established in society through faith-based mentoring, counseling, education and job training.

Since it's inception, Teen Challenge has remained focused on this mission and has become considered one of the most successful rehabilitaiton programs in the world. Currently they have over 250 centers in 80 countries around the world.

In 2009, we had the pleasure of coming in contact with Teen Challenge Guatemala and have since carried a burden to assist this ministry. We are currently visiting the men on a twice a week, imparting fundamental teaching, love, and encouragement to them as they work through their addictions and struggles. We also periodically bring groups and guest speakers to bring a fresh word for these men.
